Founded in 2024, Ipsoot Digital is a small, ambitious creative agency bringing together strategy, design, and creativity to help Canadian businesses and non-profit organizations show up online in a way that feels authentic, aligned, and human.

Started by Zoë Gray, Ipsoot was born out of a simple frustration: everything online was starting to look the same. With a background in psychology and a career in marketing & operations, Zoë wanted to build an agency that creates work people actually can connect with.

Today, we’re made up of a group of young, ambitious, chronically online people. We’re the type of people you want running your social accounts, building your website, creating your content, and thinking about how your brand shows up online, because well, we're there all the time.

Sierra Aston studies Marketing Management at BCIT and is passionate about using her education to help purpose-driven businesses achieve their goals. Originally from Ontario, Sierra moved to British Columbia after completing her Bachelor’s in Environmental Studies. Sierra has worked as the Executive Director of Stewardship Pemberton, where she led environmental outreach and education programs, and serving on the Board of Directors for the Pemberton Arts Council. When Sierra isn’t studying or working, she enjoys exploring the mountains with friends on skis or by foot.
